We purchase organic ingredients mainly from the Tokai region.Ingredients procured from suppliers who have many restaurant fans, we try to simply season and heat them so that you can enjoy the original taste of the ingredients.We also use ingredients and seasonings that are difficult to find in supermarkets.

At lunch time, you can choose the main ingredients and your favorite vegetables, and at dinner time, you can choose vegetables for each dish, such as soup, omelet, and gratin.We are trying to reduce the amount of preparation as much as possible and cook to order, and we are trying to reduce the loss of ingredients by extracting the soup stock from the parts that cannot be eaten, such as vegetable skins and seeds.
